Jesuit Media Lab Launches New Podcast, “Two Ƶ Talking”

February 24, 2026 — New from the Jesuit Media Lab, “Two Ƶ Talking” is a and hosted by Fr. Eric Immel, SJ, and Fr. Damian Torres-Botello, SJ, featuring candid, hour-long conversations between Jesuit friends about faith, life, culture and Ignatian spirituality.

At its heart, the podcast offers something simple yet uncommon in Catholic media: two Ƶ sitting down together and talking honestly. The tone is relaxed, playful and thoughtful, more conversation than catechism, more friendship than formal instruction. Through humor, reflection and personal storytelling, the hosts explore how faith, hope and love shape their lives as priests, ministers and members of the Society of Jesus.

While many Catholic podcasts lean toward interviews, theological debates or structured teaching, “Two Ƶ Talking” takes a different approach. It invites viewers and listeners into the ordinary rhythms of Jesuit life: the questions, laughter, struggles, insights and moments of discovery that unfold when friends reflect together. The result is a space where Catholic faith is presented not as abstract theory, but as something lived, human and deeply relational.

Produced in both video and audio formats, the podcast offers an accessible entry point into Ignatian spirituality and contemporary Catholic life. Its audience includes young adults, college students, Gen X Catholics, spiritually curious seekers, lapsed Catholics exploring reconnection, and practicing Catholics looking for deeper yet approachable engagement.

Grounded in the Jesuit tradition of finding God in all things, “Two Ƶ Talking” emphasizes authenticity, camaraderie and thoughtful dialogue. By blending depth with levity, the podcast demonstrates that faith is not confined to formal settings or doctrinal summaries; it unfolds in real conversations, shared friendship and the ongoing work of discernment in everyday life.

New video episodes are released on on Wednesdays, with audio versions available on Saturdays via the through the Lenten season. After Easter, audio versions will appear on Two Ƶ Talking’s own feed, which will be developed.
